Before proceed online ordering book printing Ultimate Print Sdn Bhd via https://www.ultimate.com.my/, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
Ultimate Print reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to the customer. As a customer, it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with and periodically update yourself on these terms and conditions in order to fully understand your member’s rights and privileges.
1.0 Order
1.1 Ultimate Print reserves the right to reject any order that does not comply with the standard product specifications for output set by us.
1.2 Once an order is sent to Ultimate Print, it is considered a purchase.
An order in the process stage cannot be canceled .
1.3 The customer may need to modify and resend the PDF file if it does not meet the printing requirements.
1.4 The PDF file will not be stored on our servers once the printed book has been sent to the customer.
2.0 Price / Delivery
2.1 Services, products and prices are subject to change periodically.
2.2 All books will be sent to the customer via a courier service designated by Ultimate Print, or the customer can choose to pick up at Ultimate Print Sdn Bhd.
2.3 Goods sent to customers are packed according to Ultimate’s standard packaging. Once the books have left our company, they are no longer the responsibility of Ultimate Print Sdn Bhd. If there is any difference in print quality or quantity of goods, customers are recommended to contact Ultimate customer service via Whatsapp for feedback and complaints within 5 days of receiving the item.
3.0 ARTWORK FILES
3.1 All PDF works must be submitted in two separate files which are cover book and text. Both file in pdf format. All pdf files must include bleed, crop marks and margins.
3.2 Due to variations color systems across different monitors, the printed color of the final product may differ from what appears on your screen. Therefore, Ultimate Print will not be responsible for any color differences in the final product caused by relying on the screen display.
3.3 To avoid delays or inconvenience, customer are advised to check and ensure that all PDFs comply with Ultimate Print’s standard specifications, settings and formats.
3.4 The preflight check will be conducted before the printing process begins.
3.5 The customer is required to correct the rejected PDF file according to the specifications set by Ultimate Print . Ultimate Print will not be responsible for any failure on the part of the customer to make the necessary corrections.
3.6 Cases in which Ultimate Print finds that the PDF sent by the customer for printing does not according to Ultimate Print’s setting standards:
3.6.1 Ultimate will notify customers of any issues through Whatsapp.
3.6.2 The customer is requested to send the PDF again via Whatsapp/ Email.
3.6.3 If there is no response or no correction is made by the customer within 5 working days after the pending announcement, Ultimate will not continue the printing process and the order will be cancelled. The amount paid will be returned to the customer.
3.6.4 If the customer insists on continuing printing without making the recommended corrections, the customer will be at their own risk. Ultimate will not be responsible for printing results.
3.6.5 If the customer makes a mistake when placing an order (for example, accidentally submitting the same order twice), the customer is requested to inform Ultimate customer service immediately. Ultimate will not be responsible for any problems if the customer’s failure to notify customer service.
3.7 No changes can be made to the PDF after it has been submitted to Ultimate for printing. Only changes necessary to correct will be accepted.
3.8 Ultimate is not responsible for any copyright infringement of any book work content.
3.9 Ultimate reserves the right to reject any work / piece that contain any offensive sentence or image.
3.10 The customer must agree to all additional terms and conditions stated in each product specification, basic completion guide and book/novel preparation guide for each product.
4.0 General expectations regarding print results
4.1 Color reproduction or accuracy is usually subject to the limitations printing method. Therefore, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed as stated in our Color Protection Statement.
4.2 Ultimate Print is not accountable for any overprints in your PDF files. Ultimate will not bear responsibility for any printing outcomes. Therefore, please ensure to review your PDF files for any unintended excess content beforehand.
4.3 Ultimate Print will not be responsible for code scan failure (QR Code, Bar Code, etc) in the artwork.
4.4 Print results may vary depending on the paper material used, as each material has its own unique characteristics.
5.0 Product Return / Payment
5.1 If you are not satisfied with our services, please reach out to our via WhatsApp customer service within 3 working days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
5.2 In case of delayed delivery beyond the specified timeframe, please notify Customer Service within 3 working days or directly reach out to our chosen courier service, providing your tracking number on their website.
Please note: We will only reprint or refund the cost of any print job that fails to meet the notified requirements. However, we are not responsible for typos, images, or design errors made by the customer during the artwork / document creation process.
6.0 Privacy Policy
6.1 Ultimate collects personal information including name, address, telephone number, email address, username and password for each registration purposes. This enables detailed setup of your order processing and security setting – viewing your account details, design and order history is password protected. You can edit your account details and email address at any time.
6.2 Personal data collected and / or processed by Ultimate may include but not be limited to the following purposes:

6.4 All payment process details entered by the customer are through a secure connection with the direct merchant system operated by the merchant appointed by us. The payment transaction details and not from Ultimate Print Sdn Bhd. Customers are asked to enter the details required for each purchase to be successful.
